On July 13, 2010, the final rule was released that details how health care providers can demonstrate EHR ‘meaningful use’ to qualify for federal incentive payments that are part of the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The earlier you qualify, the larger the incentive payments.
